Recommendation for Mr. Ricardo Ferreira at Top Security

Dear Tanya and Ian,

There is a gentleman who is employed by Top Security at the Parkmore Sandton offices who needs a pat on the back for a job well done.

I have been trying since February this year to get my account resolved. (I was unaware that there were two accounts for my single residence and it has taken these months to finalise)
In the period of a week since meeting with Ricardo , he has sorted out my account details in a professional and friendly manner. Ricardo followed up with a phone call to make sure all was in order and explained the detail of the account to my appreciation.

I believe that Top Security should take pride in the business manner of Ricardo Ferreira and all the staff at the Parkmore Sandton offices.
