I hope you have a spare minute to read the email below…

I am a resident at one of the complex’s where Top Security provide guarding services, recently I joined the trustees to assist them with security issues owners were experiencing, it appeared at the time that some of the issues related to the service from Top Security, I took the time to investigate other companies including ADT, 24/7 and Kallvest as the pressure mounted to cancel our agreement with Top Security. Following a change within your branch Gordon joined the Management team and I wanted to take the time out to send my gratitude for this.

Gordon is an invaluable asset to your team and his approach to dealing with queries/issues is methodical and professional, he takes the time to listen to your issue and deals with it as effectively and efficiently as possible within very short time frames. He is always available on his mobile phone and the assistance he has already provided our complex will stand us in great stead in the future. Gordon has made an exceptional difference to my initial view of Top Security and I am truly thankful for this as we will no longer be cancelling our contract, in fact we are taking out additional services and repair work Gordon and I discussed, without his involvement I can nearly guarantee we would have cancelled 3 months ago.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I would appreciate you passing on our gratitude and appreciation to Gordon for a superb effort in everything he has done to assist Ululapa II to date.
