I just wanted to let you know how pleasant and efficient Martin (one of your reaction officer’s) was.
Our alarm went off and he responded to it. He checked first of all that my son was all right and then he had a good look around the property to see all was in order.
Some months ago one of your reaction officers reported into the control room that the tap in our outside room was running and he turned it off for us. I unfortunately do not know who it was but we are extremely grateful that he did this. The outside room is in the corner of our property and we were not aware that the tap was running like this. It must have been running for days which we could see from our water account but it would have been a lot higher if this had not been reported to us.
