I would like to let you and the CEO and GM know that I was most satisfied with the service provided by the team who installed my system.
In particular, Pieter was prompt, did a fine installation and took great care to ensure that my wife & I understood how to operate the system.
As service is usually sloppy these days I must express my satisfaction with the way in which the entire operation was dealt with.
Please ensure that this message reaches the correct person.
I would also be pleased if Pieter and his team could be acknowledged in some manner for their work and pleasant demeanour at all times.
