I would like to thank Top Security for the outstanding help given us on Sunday night, when we had a problem with my Mom (aged 81). She apparently had a stroke and was lying on the floor, from where she could not get up. She had bolted the door and we could not get in. In desperation we called Top Security.
Chris was sent out and proved a true blessing. He was already acquainted with my Mom and aware that she lives alone. He helped us get into the house where we could attend to Mom. He helped lift her, called for medical assistance, just had everything under control.
After leaving us he patrolled through the night & sent me an SMS after each stop at the house, assuring me that Mom was okay. The next day he followed up with a phone call to make sure all was well.
I really feel that Chris went way beyond his call of duty and I want to say thank you to both Chris and Top Security for excellent care and being there when needed most.
