I've been meaning to send this mail to you for some time, but with my companies financial year end its been quite manic.
Generally in the business world, people are very quick to complain but I'm sure as you have experienced - when it comes to compliments they are few and far between (to put it in writing) .
The experience and service levels I have had so far with you, your installation technicians and your company thus far - has been beyond my expectations.
Thank you for efforts and I do wish you and your organisation all the best in the future.
